The Secret Box

The infamous "Secret Box", secluded at Great Falls City Hall for three years, has been found and opened. The citizens won a landmark legal decision and a "stay request was denied" March 15, 2010. Both judicial orders were issued by Montana District Judge Phillips. The thousands of files and correspondence between Southern Montana Electric (SME) and the City of Great Falls are now made public for download and study.
