Northern Plains Resource Council (NPRC) is having a rally at the Montana Supreme Court grounds on Wed. May 15th after the 9:30 a.m. hearing where the Court will determine whether NorthWestern’s air quality permit for the Laurel Plant meets legal standards. If you can, please arrive at the Court at 9 a.m. 215 N Sanders, Helena, MT. The rally will take place after the Court hearing and it should start around 11:30 a.m.
